All of our NEW products are covered by a one (1) year warranty against materials and workmanship. If you buy a product and it fails to work within the first year, we will either replace it or repair it.

Sometimes we buy reconditioned or refurbished computers and computer parts. These items will be clearly labeled as such and usually only have a 90 day warranty.

If you buy Acer, Dell, Gateway or HP Computer, printer, or Monitor it will be covered under the manufactures warranty.

If you purchase a Bass Computer, it will have a two (2) Year Limited Warranty. One (1) in store, and one (1) year through Comp-U-Bytes at the direction of Bass Computers. If your computer or a computer component fails within the first year, we will either replace it or repair it at the store. Subsequent warranty issues will be covered through Bass Computers.

Most components ordered for the B.Y.O.C. Clinic carry a (2) Year Limited Warranty. One (1) in store, and the 2nd year year through Comp-U-Bytes at the direction of Bass Computers. If your computer or a computer component fails within the first year, we will either replace it or repair it at the store. Subsequent warranty issues will be covered through Bass Computers.

Other items may be covered under a manufacturers warranty.
